I suggested they do whatever the process is for onboarding a new vehicle sale, maybe that would fix things. I gave them the fob to the car and my login and said “have at it”. Eventually, after talking with several of the service advisors, and when they brought out the service manager (I had to explain to him it’s not a service department thing)… i even explained to a few that they have a special login they can use to check these things… it just so happened they had some SOA representatives on site doing something else, so I showed them the problem.
I had a lot of problems with the map downloader for the may release… something in the system got borked, and there was a bunch of red text that said the vehicle setup wasn’t complete and to contact the retailer (dealer).
